By accessing or using Komprai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Komprai reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Komprai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Komprai.

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Komprai a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Komprai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your access or use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the amounts you have paid to Komprai in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in São Paulo, Brazil.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
